REGISTRATION OF CHANGES IN THE COMPANY'S DIRECTOR
If you plan to change the director (manager) of a company in Portugal, such changes must be registered with the state authorities.
First Legal Portugal provides services for making changes to company registration data.
Changes to company data can be combined if two or more parameters need to be changed at the same time. In such cases, the commission is lower than the sum of commissions for several separate submissions. Therefore, if there is a need to make additional changes, such as changing the types of activities of the company or increasing/decreasing the authorized capital of the company, it is better to combine these changes.
*The cost includes the preparation of all necessary company documents, submission of a request for registration of changes, and monitoring of the process. A state fee is paid separately, the amount of which may vary depending on the type of changes.

TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S REGISTRATION DATA, THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE PROVIDED:
- Articles of association (PACTO SOCIAL);
- Certificate of registration or extract from the Register of Legal Entities (Certidão de Registo or Certidão Permanente)
- Extract from the Central Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (RCBE)
- Identification document of the new director, document assigning a NIF number, and document confirming the official address of residence, drawn up or translated into English or Portuguese.
